We are UK based so this would depend on your chosen shipping method.

We use Royal Mail, DPD, Evri and Yodel.

Delivery times are as follows but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances with the couriers.

• Royal Mail - 1-2 days and 2-3 days
• DPD - 1-2 days
• Evri - 2-3 days
• Yodel - 2-4 days

DPD will make one attempt to deliver your parcel. If you are not at home then they will take it to your nearest parcel shop where you can collect it within 7 days.

If you have chosen DPD and have the app, you should receive updates there, including your 1 hour time slot. You can also use this to rearrange delivery or chose an ideal safe place for your order to be left for you.
